Before:
We first demoed and hauled away the existing deck, before installing a new structure to support 290 sq. ft. of TimberTech Edge Prime+ decking in the Dark Cocoa color, using hidden fasteners where possible. White vinyl Washington-style railings with round black aluminum balusters enclose the new space, and white vinyl fascia wrap gives the new deck a clean, finished look. A set of 5 steps lead down to the concrete patio, complete with a gate and grab rail. 1″ privacy lattice with an access gate skirts the lower half of the deck, providing privacy for under deck storage while keeping bests and critters from making their home underneath the deck.
