For our June Project of the Month, we’re excited to showcase this stunning new Azek deck located in Easton, Maryland. Azek decking features capped polymer boards that offer sophisticated, natural-looking colors that look like authentic wood. It’s an exceptional material choice that repels scratches, dents, and even insects — and it’s absolutely gorgeous!
BEFORE
Our incredibly talented Project Consultant, Tracy Ours, worked with our clients to design the beautiful large wrap-around deck that overlooks the pool and large yard in this neighborhood on the Eastern Shore. Like all deck installation projects, Tracy discussed the design, style, and materials to be used before our team presents CAD drawings and finalized plans.
Once all the plans were in place and permit was received, our crews removed the existing deck that was in pretty rough shape. We then installed 640 sqft of Azek Vintage decking in the Coastline color — a perfect selection for this Easton home with tons of character. A Dark Hickory feature board complements the lighter boards and offers interesting focal points along the deck’s perimeter and the stair landing. A white Washington-style vinyl railing and textured white vinyl fascia wrap are additional accents that give the deck charm and a polished look. Two new sets of steps and privacy lattice around the deck’s perimeter are the finishing touches to this large outdoor living space.
