I would like to thank Joel Lewis and the production team for supporting me through my journey while trying to decide what type of outside design space would work best for me. I have been struggling with this since 2021, trying to decide how best to enjoy my deck space while not being overwhelmed by insects. You see... love the outdoors, but not insects. And, although the two go hand-in-hand, I was not ready to allow them to prevent me from enjoying my home to the fullest. When Joel came to my home to review my deck space, I discussed my concerns and wants with him. He listened carefully. I could see his brain working while I shared my ideas with him. In my heart, I knew what I wanted, I just did not know how to make it come to fruition. He came out and gave me a lot of direction towards replacing and rebuilding a section of fence. He was very knowledgeable and made the process for both the build and the financing easy. Fence and Deck built a deck on my new home in the summer of 2022. Recommendations were made along the way that made the experience enjoyable. I am an engineer by trade, so I really enjoyed seeing actual CAD drawings of the deck with specifications and dimensions. I was happy with the composite materials instead of using pressure treated lumber for maintenance purposes. I also appreciated the fact that Fence and Deck was accommodating in my many changes along the way. I wanted a bump out for my barbeque grills and Fence and Deck was able to accommodate that. I plan to build a patio underneath the deck and there was a suggestion to design a deck drain system so that underneath the deck would stay dry. I even requested decorative vinyl wrapping of exposed wood and they were able to accommodate that. If there was ever an issue, Fence and Deck was able to go back and provide a solution. The crew that actually built the deck was great. They were thorough and accurate, and worked late to build the deck in about a week. I would highly recommend Fence and Deck Connection to friends and family as a go to builder of decks.

I cannot praise Fence & Deck Connection enough! They have done a great job and my fence looks beautiful. We went from a 6 foot wooden privacy fence that was old, ratty and leaning to beautiful white vinyl with perfectly straight fence portions and amazing gates & hardware. The whole experience from the Sales Team to Scheduling to Project Management and finally the Installation Team was great. Even through crazy bouts of rain, the installation team was still able to complete the job in one day as predicted. I know there are other companies out there but please do your homework and research Fence & Deck Connection. Yes, there are other companies that are cheaper in price but this company offered the best warranty on their work and that was definitely a selling point for us. Big shout out to Joel for helping me get the process going and to Steve and his crew for a smooth and drama free installation day. I'm certainly the envy of the block and have seen my neighbors checking out our new fence and nodding with approval!

Everyone that was involved in the purchase and installation of this deck was very professional and could answer any question that we had. We just want to thank Fence & Deck Connection for doing an amazing job on our new fence. It is above and beyond our expectations. Our salesman/design consultant, Joel Lewis, was amazing. We had some complications and he was incredibly patient and helpful. Their survey group was efficient and informative. Our project manager, Francisco, walked the perimeter with us and helped us tweak the design to give us exactly what we wanted. The construction crew was on time and incredibly efficient. One of the reasons that your company got the bid, which was not the low bid by the way, was the knowledge and communication skills of the salesperson. I was comfortable that your company knew what it was doing and would do a good job. We had a great experience with Fence & Deck Connection! Joel and his crew worked to get us a fence up as quickly as possible being that we just moved here and have an active dog in need of his own backyard! Their entire team was very thorough, professional, and well informed about their products which we appreciated the most. The quality is far better than some of the other companies used in our neighborhood and we appreciate their time and efforts in getting us a fence installed quickly. We highly recommend them!

Just a few lines to say how happy we are happy with our new fence. Joel my first contact with Fence and Deck Connection sold me with his attitude and positive belief in his company's product. He explained everything and all our options. We received our estimate in a quick and timely fashion. He answered all my concerns and I felt quite content with my choice of his company. The project manager Steve made the whole process quite painless. He resolved any issues that came up quickly and completely. He made his self available and keep me in the loop thru the entire build. A few words about the installers I did not believe that they would finish in a day but they did. I could tell they did this many times as there were no wasted steps. My total experience with Fence & Deck Connection could not have gone better, considering all the obstacles which were thrown your way. Joel, stayed with me from phase I thru phase II. He kept me informed, and made sure all my questions were addressed and followed through. He always replied to every email and text message with a follow up phone call, I never felt in the dark. Steve; well we threw him to the sharks. Steve worked around obstacles in which, I believe any other company would have walked away. This project, both phases, put a crew of workers through a very stressful time, due to neighbor issues, but with the support of Steve, they were able to finish. Under all circumstances, I could not have asked much more from this company. I had the support from the office to the nail gun. I believe there was much learning going on through our project, patience and prevail. I applaud your professional and personal touch. Your company will always be on my approval list...
