Scheduling ManagerMonica is our Scheduling Manager and has been with Fence & Deck Connection since 2019. She moved to MD from TX, April 2017 for marriage and has loved it ever since. She is a mother of 2, bonus mom to 2 and grandmother of 2. Her hobbies include crafts, sightseeing, and binge watching tv shows with her husband. Her true passion is helping others.
KAYLA KURCZEWSKI
Scheduler
Kayla is a member of our scheduling team and has been with Fence & Deck Connection since 2020. She has lived in Maryland the majority of her life. Since her favorite holiday is Halloween, she enjoys working at a haunted house in the evenings during the fall. She enjoys going to shows, playing video games, watching horror movies and spending time with her pups, family, and friends.
ASHLEY NELLIGAN

Ashley is our newest member of the scheduling team, joining Fence & Deck Connection in 2024. She was born in Colorado and moved to Maryland in 1994. She is the mother of 3 amazing kids whom she loves more than anything. Beyond that, she cherishes family time, going to church, adventurous outings, scary movies, and animals.
